Check In: 4:00 PM Check Out: 10:00 AM Quite Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM • No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony 🚭 – HOA provides a designated smoking area on the 1st floor. Ocean Villa Community Rules: • Feeding or leaving food in common areas for stray or wild animals is strictly prohibited. • Pets are not permitted for guests or non-owners. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and possible cancellation without refund.

• Primary guest 25+ (ID will be verified) • Parking pass: $50 per vehicle for the entire stay, purchased through the HOA office 🤫 **Quiet Hours:** 11 PM–7 AM. 🚭 Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
